Ablynx: publication in accordance with article 14 of the Belgian law regarding the publication of major shareholdings

 

Ablynx [Euronext Brussels: ABLX; OTC: ABYLY] today announced, in accordance with Article 14 of the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 regarding the publication of major shareholdings in issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market (the "Transparency Law"), that it received a notification of shareholdings from Bank of America Corporation on 25 August 2017.

Bank of America Corporation (taking into account the holdings of its subsidiary undertakings) notified Ablynx that it has exceeded the 5% threshold as of 18 August 2017 and now holds a total of 3,159,205 shares with voting rights, representing 5.16% of the current 61,169,732 outstanding Ablynx shares (versus 4.97% notified previously on 5 July 2017).
