What is the General Assembly?
The General Assembly is the annual event where all our members come together to hear about the work we’ve been doing, to voice their opinion, to ask questions, to vote on various proposals and to meet each other.

Call for Board Members
Biovia is seeking five new board members who share our mission to advance human and planetary health through innovation in biotech, healthtech and agtech. We are looking for engaged and visionary peopmle from the following domains:
- 1x Service provider
- 3x Medical biotech companies (minimum 2 SMEs)
- 1x Healthtech company (SME profile)

Deadline: Wednesday, 21 May
Notification of selection: No later than 23 May
Selected candidates will be invited to present a five-minute pitch during the General Assembly, where the board elections will take place.
The General Assembly is open only to members of Biovia. If no one from your organization can attend, you can assign a proxy to vote for you. This is an option, not a requirement. A link to download the proxy form has been emailed to all members.Proxy forms are due by 20 May.
The deadline to register for the General Assembly is Friday, 23 May.
