On the occasion of BioJapan 2025, the leading partnering event for the biotech and life science industry in Asia, Biovia and FIT Tokyo are joining forces for the organization of a Flemish Biotech and Life Sciences Week in Japan on 6-10 October, 2025.
Program
- FIT pavilion at BioJapan (8-10 October 2025, Yokohama) with one A1 display poster per company and page in the pavilion brochure (English/Japanese)
- Free access to the B2B meeting platform at BioJapan
- Speaker slot of 8-10 min at the Flanders’ Life Sciences seminar at the BioJapan conference, with an expected full room of 120 attendants (9 October 2025)
- Networking reception at the BioJapan FIT pavilion (9 October 2025)
- Optional but highly recommended (6-7 October 2025): participation to the EU-Japan Biotech & Pharma Partnering event in Osaka, Japanese healthcare company visit (tbc)
Registration
Registration deadline is 22 June 2025, on a first come first served base. Live attendance expected.
The participation fee does not include travelling costs nor accommodation.
