Ambitious ICT Engineer

As our ICT Engineer at Swiftpharma, you will play a crucial role in developing and ensuring the integrity and compliance of our digital systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installation and maintenance of SwiftPharma software packages
• Creation and management of user accounts
• ICT support for employees
• Installation and maintenance of printers
• Understanding of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and EU GMP
• Support with the implementation of Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• Ensuring ALCOA principles in SwiftPharma software systems
• Deep understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) to validate all computer systems at SwiftPharma
• Maintaining audit trails in software systems
• Creating backups of software systems
