Job description

We are seeking an experienced Upstream Processing Operator to join our innovative team at SwiftPharma. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in our operations focused on plant protein production. Your responsibilities will involve managing key upstream processing activities, such as the selection and preparation of plant material, cultivation optimization, medium and buffer preparation, agrobacterium fermentations process and optimization of growth condition. Your key responsibility is to execute SOP to perfection.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a gmp environment.
• Competence in using various filtration and chromatography techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Skills in Process Analytical Technology (PAT) and Quality by Design (QBD)
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and handle physical workload when necessary.
